On the line

You can’t always get what you want…

I know, famous words from Mick & Keith.  We are all guilty of it, I want the best, I want it now but I want the best deal possible.  It is funny how this theme continues to be replayed over and over.  I was driving out to a client appointment today with a co-worker that is working with me on a project.  We started talking about our business and how we really want to do great work for our clients, charge a reasonable fee and make sure they are happy with the project.  But so often decisions are made on price, not taking in consideration the knowledge or attention that comes with great customer service.  Buying the biggest , bestest, shiniest thing doesn’t always fill your need.

So I guess you can get what you want, but it may not be what you need….
